Emma Wright is a junior in high school and a musician with a passion for sharing music and growing as a performer. She is a dedicated oboist who also plays English horn, piano, and flute. Emma performs with her school’s top band and is a member of the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra's top orchestra. She is also a current member of the Earl Clemens Wind Quintet. Through these experiences, she has had the opportunity to perform challenging repertoire and collaborate with talented musicians. Emma has also performed with the New England Conservatory's Summer Orchestra Institute (2026), Indiana University's Summer Music Clinic's top band (2026), and the Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra.

Emma always enjoys encouraging others and helping create a positive community wherever she is involved. Currently Emma is one of four drum majors for her school's marching band where she also serves as student director. Whether performing on stage, mentoring younger musicians, or taking on leadership roles, she strives to bring kindness, and dedication to everything she does.
